The hot tub did not work, the fitness equipment was home equipment in poor shape

There was mold around the air conditioner, the walllpaper was peeling, the hot tub was broken, the pool was extremely cold even for the kids, the fitness equipment was home equipment.

Close to stores, helpful staff, had a pool, guest laundry and good continental breakfast.
The room was very small, the beds were too hard, the sink stopper did not work right, 1 key card didn't work.

Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations. I didn't find the room comfortable or attractive, but the common areas were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. I found the location convenient. ...read more

Fresh baked cookies in the evening were a nice touch.
Because I prepaid and no credit card was used when I checked in when I needed to make a long distance call I needed to go to the lobby and provide cc.

I had a great trip. The staff was very polite and helpful. The hotel was clean and all amenities were functioning. What more can you ask for on a short trip.

Overall, I thought the hotel was above-average. The staff was friendly, however, the chair in the room was stained with what appeared to be urine, not to mention, I was attacked by beg bugs and once I got home they ended up in my bed at home.
